Shipping policy

At JUZBCOZ, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as promptly as possible. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with attention to quality and care.

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all states and union territories within India.

International shipping is not available at this time, unless explicitly stated on our website for a specific product or promotion.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout for prepaid orders unless explicitly stated.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling fee will be applied at checkout. Please refer to Section 6 for full details on COD terms.

JUZBCOZ reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time. Any applicable charges will always be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During periods of high demand, seasonal sales, or unforeseen operational circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your delivery location, pin code serviceability, and the courier partner assigned to your order.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. JUZBCOZ is not liable for delays caused by:

        Adverse weather conditions or natural events

        Transportation disruptions or strikes

        Public holidays or regional restrictions

        Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link or number provided to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at juzbcozstore@gmail.com.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and delivery locations. The following terms apply to all COD orders:

a) COD Handling Fee

An additional COD handling fee will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. This charge is non-refundable.

b) Order Confirmation Requirement

For COD orders, our team will make two attempts to confirm your order — via phone call and WhatsApp — before dispatch.

If no confirmation is received from the customer within 24 hours of the first contact attempt, the order will be automatically cancelled. JUZBCOZ reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders without further notice.

c) Delivery Refusal & Non-Collection

For COD orders: Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders will result in COD service being permanently restricted for the associated account, phone number, or delivery address, at our sole discretion.

For prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking, or any other prepaid method): If a prepaid order is refused at the door, not collected, or returned to us due to customer unavailability, the return shipping cost incurred by JUZBCOZ will be deducted from the original order amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned shipment is received and verified at our facility.

In both cases, the original product price will not be refunded if the order was refused without a valid reason. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. JUZBCOZ ships to the address exactly as provided by the customer and is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing the order, contact us at juzbcozstore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. You may choose to have the order re-shipped, in which case the re-delivery shipping cost will need to be settled before dispatch. If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped, a refund may be issued for the product amount only, excluding any shipping costs already incurred.

JUZBCOZ will not be held responsible for any loss of product in cases where the courier is unable to locate or deliver to the address as entered by the customer.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we work with trusted logistics partners, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged due to a shipping-related issue, please contact us within 3 days of the expected or actual delivery date.

To raise a concern, please provide:

        Your order number

        A description of the issue

        Photographs or video evidence if the shipment arrived damaged

Our team will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide a resolution or update within 7–10 working days.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect your package at the time of delivery, before signing or acknowledging receipt.

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or tamper-sealed packaging is broken, please:

1.     Record a clear unboxing video of the first opening of the package (this is mandatory for any damage-related claim).

2.     Photograph the damaged packaging and product clearly.

3.     Contact us immediately at juzbcozstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and the unboxing video.

Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be eligible for resolution. This documentation is essential for us to raise a dispute with our courier partners on your behalf.
