Because our products are unique lifestyle and home décor items, we follow a no-return, no-refund policy as a general rule. However, we are fully committed to making things right if something goes wrong on our end. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We do not accept product returns once an order has been delivered. This applies to all products sold on our platform.

We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, scent descriptions, and images thoroughly before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please reach out to us, we’re happy to help.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not available once an order has been placed or delivered, except in the following circumstances:

        The order could not be delivered due to an error on our part.

        The order was cancelled by JUZBCOZ.

        A replacement for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product is unavailable.

        Any other exceptional circumstance reviewed and approved by our customer support team.

Important: To be eligible for a refund, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide a first-opening unboxing video along with clear photographs of the issue. Refund requests without this documentation cannot be processed.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Replacements

We offer a replacement only in the following situations:

        The product arrives physically damaged.

        The product is defective or non-functional.

        You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.

How to Request a Replacement

1.     Contact us within 3 days of delivery at juzbcozstore@gmail.com.

2.     Share your order number and contact details.

3.     Provide a first-opening unboxing video (this is mandatory) along with clear photographs clearly showing the issue.

4.     Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Replacement requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for consideration.

If your replacement request is approved, JUZBCOZ will cover the full cost of the replacement product and its shipping.

Replacements will be dispatched within 7–10 business days. The total turnaround time for resolving a complaint may be up to 15 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. Verification Process

All replacement and refund requests are subject to review and verification by the JUZBCOZ team. We may request additional photographs, videos, or information before approving a claim.

We aim to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible. Our goal is not to create hurdles, but to ensure every claim is genuine and handled fairly.

5. What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a replacement or refund:

        Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

        Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than JUZBCOZ.

        Issues reported after the 3-day reporting window.

        Requests submitted without the required unboxing video or photographic evidence.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. Please review all order details including product, quantity, shipping address, and payment carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event of a technical or processing error on our end that results in an incorrect order being placed, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
